YSF Community Sailing offers a Fall Classes that combines the sailing expertise of YSF with our expansive waterfront on the beautiful Indian River in Vero Beach, FL. Located under the 17th Street bridge, we offer the perfect venue for beginner and intermediate sailors, with protected coves and expansive waterways in the Indian River Lagoon.
Youth Sailing Foundation (YSF) of Indian River County, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit that eliminates cultural and financial barriers to sailing. YSF was founded in 2009 to use sailing as a medium to help children achieve their full potential. We operate under the banner “YSF Community Sailing” to reflect that we now serve the entire community. YSF Community Sailing Vero Beach offers everyone sailing programs and lessons sailing for all ages and all levels of sailing experience!
Enjoy sailing on the breathtaking Indian River Lagoon using our diverse fleet of boats—whenever you like. We offer Sunfish, Laser, Hobie Cat, and Flying Scot day-sailors, all available through our easy online reservation
system.
As a member, you’ll also have access to a wide range of events, including weekly racing, adventure sailing, and educational clinics.
There are many ways to support us: you can donate to our Annual Appeal, Capital Fund, or Operating Endowment Fund. We offer several tax-advantaged giving options, including Planned Giving. We also accept boat donations for resale, and we have an active volunteer program that supports our operations.
